Josh brings a strong background in both for-profit and nonprofit leadership, housing ministry, and community engagement. With a passion for intentional living and helping nonprofit-serving individuals and couples build margin, he leads the vision and development of Bedrock.
Angie is passionate about creating stability for families in transition. With experience in property management and ministry leadership, she focuses on tenant relations, program development, and day-to-day operations of Bedrock’s housing ministry.
At Bedrock, we believe a better future begins with intentional living—choosing to build a life marked by purpose, wise stewardship, and long-term stability. That’s why we created Bedrock as a ministry built on partnership. Bedrock’s intentional living program, paired with Bedrock’s affordable housing, works alongside the commitment and hard work of individuals and couples who are determined to get out of debt, build margin, and save for a home of their own.
We believe financial freedom should be a foundation for living out a calling. Many individuals and couples serving in our community and faith-based nonprofits have chosen purpose and significance over higher pay, committing their lives to work that makes an eternal difference. Bedrock exists to come alongside them—because the weight of high housing costs and debt should not prevent someone from stepping into full-time nonprofit ministry work. By reducing the cost of housing, residents can redirect money toward paying off debt and building savings. In doing so, we help create margin so they can continue serving with freedom, focus, and peace.
Our faith compels us to serve in this way. While Bedrock provides the support and the home, God provides the calling. Together, we lay a foundation of financial strength—continuing to bring light and life to the dark places in our communities.
Bedrock believes that lasting change begins with intentional living—choosing a path marked by purpose, discipline, and wise
stewardship. Just as bedrock provides the strong foundation upon which everything else is built, we help individuals and families establish the habits and support systems needed to move forward with clarity and confidence. Affordable housing is one of the key ways we create that foundation, reducing financial pressure and giving residents the opportunity to get out of debt, build margin, and pursue long-term goals. Through safe housing and supportive programs, we help residents create stability today—so they can step into greater opportunity tomorrow.
Where intentional living creates margin — and margin creates opportunity.
At Bedrock, our Board of Directors bring wisdom, integrity, and spiritual guidance to everything we do. Each member is deeply committed to our mission of providing affordable, hope-filled housing that empowers individuals and families to build a better future. We are grateful for a team of servant leaders who steward our vision with prayerful care, financial oversight, and strategic direction.
